Equipment structure and features

Sterilizer Body:

* Design, manufacture and inspection according to GB/T150 "Pressure Vessel", GB 8599 "Technical Requirements for Large Steam Sterilizer Automatic Control Type" and TSG 21-2016 "Stationary Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations"

* The main structure is a rectangular cross-section, with a European-style ring-shaped stiffener jacket structure. The door sealing method is pneumatic sealing, and the double door interlocking fully complies with the specification requirements.

* Inner tank, door panels and other materials in contact with steam are all S30408 stainless steel, with a design life of up to 10 years and 20,000 sterilization cycles. While 316L stainless steel is optional, with a design life of 15 years and 30,000 sterilization cycles. The teeth are made of S30408 stainless steel, and the jacket is made of high-quality Q245R special material for pressure vessels, S30408 is optional.

* The door sealing method is pneumatically sealed, and the interlocking of double doors fully meets the requirements of the specification.

* The equipment has a standard GMP verification interface.

* Pipeline system: 304 stainless steel sanitary pipeline, clamp connection. Imported German GEMU corner seat pneumatic valves, Taiwan AirTAC solenoid valves and imported German SPECK direct-connected water ring vacuum pumps are used. (Optional) Intelligent automatic drainage system, water-saving and noise reduction system, and pipeline insulation treatment.

* Imported Siemens programmable logic controller PLC and color touch screen at the operating end; printers print process data at each stage in real time; various safety and alarm systems.

* It has a communication interface connected with the quality traceability system of the disinfection supply center. Intelligent maintenance system, (optional) remote monitoring and maintenance module.

* Duplex pulsation process can remove indoor air more thoroughly, improve the fatigue life of the equipment, and have a good drying effect.

This series of pulsating vacuum sterilizers uses saturated steam as the sterilization medium. The physical characteristics of saturated steam releasing a large amount of latent heat when condensing, make the items to be sterilized in a high temperature and humid state, and achieve sterilization after a period of heat preservation. The purpose is to eliminate the influence of cold air on temperature by means of pulsating vacuum exhaust, and vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket drying for sterilized items.

It is suitable for high-temperature sterilization and cooling and drying equipment for biological products, medical devices, sterile clothing, tools, utensils, culture media and other items in pharmaceutical, medical, scientific research and other industries.
