Shanghai Nosinda Metal Co., Ltd. is honored to be the supplier of 7020-T6 aluminum extrusion profiles for Germany Robotic Auxiliary Equipment Accessories Project. The supply period was from April 2018 to April 2019.

We provide customers with two sizes of aluminum profiles, and annual use of 1 year/3,500m - 2 years/6,800m - 3 years/10,200m - 4 years/13,600m - 5 years/17,000m. After the profiles are extruded, surface treatments such as punching, sandblasting, and anodizing are required. The profile is used in spare parts for automotive and robotic auxiliary equipment in the manufacturing industry.

Our aluminum profiles are produced in strict accordance with ENAW-7020 standards. 7020 aluminum alloy is a medium-to-high-strength Al-Zn-Mg alloy with high strength, good welding performance and process performance. Since the strength of 7020 aluminum alloy is greater than that of 6082, the forming ability also decreases, but Nosinda's professional R&D center greatly improves the forming rate of products, ensuring the quality and delivery time of products.
