Rolled copper foil is a product made by repeatedly rolling high-precision copper strips, usually less than 150 microns in thickness, and then performed by a series of surface treatments such as roughening treatment, heat-resistant treatment and anti-oxidation treatment on the original foil according to customer's requirements. Its ductility, bending resistance and conductivity are superior to electrolytic copper foil, and the copper purity is also higher than electrolytic copper foil. According to the processing methods, rolled copper foil can be divided into plain foil and treated foil. Plain foil refers to the product after cold rolling/annealing, degreasing, anti-oxidation treatment, slitting and packaging in the production process, without electroplating treatment on the surface. Treated foil means electroplating on the basis of plain foil, reddening (red treatment, usually roughening treatment of copper plating), blackening (black treatment, usually fine roughening treatment of copper-nickel alloys), ashing (usually electroplating nickel alloy, zinc, chromate passivation treatment and silane treatment, etc.)
